LMPX collects only the personal data needed to process orders and answer customer messages. We use your name, delivery address, email, and payment details to fulfill purchases and to send order updates. We keep data only as long as needed for orders, returns, or legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and you may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to run the shop and optional cookies for analytics and marketing. You can accept or decline non‑essential cookies in the cookie banner. For essential cookies (cart, checkout) consent is not required.

Legal basis and data transfers

We process personal data under the GDPR and Finland’s Data Protection Act. If we use third‑party services (payment provider, shipping, analytics), they may process data as processors; we only share what’s necessary to complete your order.

We keep order records and basic contact details for as long as required for accounting, warranty, or legal reasons; otherwise we delete or anonymize them. Controllers must keep processing records available on request by the supervisory authority.
