Refund Policy

LMPX is a small Finnish shop. If you change your mind, you have a 14‑day right to withdraw from the purchase under EU consumer rules. Refunds are processed promptly once we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment.

Condition of returned goods

​If the product is used beyond inspection and its value is reduced, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund

Unless we state otherwise, return postage is paid by the customer.

One size product and replacement policy

Our current product is one size fits all mini shin pads. Because of this single‑size model, we do not offer size exchanges or replacements. If the product is defective, we will repair, replace, or refund according to consumer law. If you simply change your mind, follow the standard return process above. Please check product photos and description carefully before ordering.
